Your Priorities

Van Cleef & Arpels is hosting an exclusive three-day experience in Venice for its most valued clients. The visual documentation must match the level of craftsmanship and emotion the brand represents, not simply record the event, but extend its narrative.

Your main priorities for the event:

  • Document the three-day Van Cleef & Arpels client experience in Venice, from the welcome cocktail at Giardini della Redentore, through the Homo Faber exhibition and gala dinner, to the farewell artisanal visit, capturing each couple’s journey with images intended both for internal use and as a curated keepsake for guests
  • Deliver a visual narrative that reflects the Van Cleef & Arpels world: timeless craftsmanship, refined elegance, and the intimate atmosphere of Venice

Decision Criteria

The reasons you will choose to work with us on this project:

  • Quality over quantity — you are not looking for a conventional event photographer; you need someone whose eye matches the aesthetic standard of the Van Cleef & Arpels brand
  • Luxury positioning — the photography must feel as considered and refined as the experience itself
  • Discretion and experience with high-profile clients — the ability to work invisibly across three days and multiple venues, without disrupting the atmosphere, while capturing authentic and elegant moments
  • Venice expertise — deep knowledge of the city, its light, its private corners, and the logistics of moving fluidly between locations such as Giardini della Redentore, Homo Faber, and the city’s artisan workshops

Solution

Based on what you shared, we have begun to outline a possible approach. The proposal is structured around:

Full Event Coverage — 3 Days in Venice
Complete documentation of the Van Cleef & Arpels client experience, from the welcome cocktail to the farewell lunch, covering atmosphere, details, candid guest moments, and key brand moments, all captured with a reportage and editorial eye, never intrusive. Coverage runs daily from 10:00 to 21:00, with one photographer dedicated exclusively to the event throughout the three days.

Benefits

Based on our experience, the primary outcomes of this collaboration will include

  • Content that reflects your brand values — every image will feel aligned with the world Van Cleef & Arpels represents: poetic, timeless, refined
  • A curated memory your guests will actually treasure — not generic event photos, but a refined visual record of three days lived in one of the world’s most beautiful cities
  • Internal assets with real narrative value — documentation your team can use across communications, archives, and future storytelling without looking like stock imagery
  • A seamless, effortless guest experience — your guests will feel free to live the moment, never like they’re “in a photoshoot,” with their own gallery.

What Makes This Experience Unique

Some of our key strengths for this solution are:

Documented experience in exclusive environments:

  • 15+ years of experience in luxury and corporate contexts — Working with brands such as Fondazione Andrea Bocelli, Cipriani Belmond, Eni Next, Buccellati, and Dolce & Gabbana has given us deep expertise in precision logistics and high-pressure environment management, and we bring that same operational rigor to protect the experience within Van Cleef & Arpels
  • 15+ years of experience in Venice — We know the city’s light at every hour, the hidden locations that feel private and cinematic, and how to move through it with a high-profile group without logistical friction
  • Candid-First Approach — for candid and surprise moments, we blend seamlessly into the environment. Your guests won’t feel photographed
